After finishing this little project this morning.....(a knitted neck warmer/cowl for my sisters b'day at the end of the month), Miss Connie and I made a big batch of fairy cookies.....
And they're already half gone.....
Here's the recipe.....
3/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup white sugar, teaspoon vanilla.
cream ingredients.
stir in 2 cups of plain flour and 1/2 cups of 100's and 1000's.
shape into a big sausage.
wrap in cling film and pop in the fridge for 2 hours.
slice dough into 1 cm thick discs.
bake at 180C for 10-15 mins.
should make about 60 biscuits....
Take Care
and ENJOY!!!
