Scrapy Granny's.....

This past couple of days has seen me raiding my overflowing stash bag for those little tiny balls of leftovers, desperate to find the perfect home/project for them - I nearly forgot just how many I have... With the majority of them being a DK cotton I set to work hooking them up into little 'Scrappy Granny's'....

So far my stack is at 30 Granny's and I'm only half way through my DK scraps!!!!

Now, what to make with them all? I'm thinking maybe a doll's blanket, or a pillow cover, maybe a table runner, or even some pot holders???? What do you think???

So pretty!!! Some how a granny blanket can make the day so much brighter - I also take one {or three} with me caravaning - makes it so much more homey

I think a table runner or cushion. I just love them!

I love destashing, it means I'll be 'allowed' to buy new yarn soon :-) I think a pillow cover would go down well :-)

I'm sure no matter what you decide on that it will be just perfectly lovely. Granny squares have always been a favorite of mine. You could even make a purse with them if you wanted to, endless possibilities.

I love Granny Squares! My sister made me a blanket for Christmas and I LOVE It! I think a cute pillow would be good or some pot holder would be cute.

All of the above! LOL! LOve the squares and all the variety of colors. Can you wash and dry that cotton yarn or just wash and lay flat to dry? Would you have to block it every time you washed it and does it shrink? I wish I had your stash! LOL!
