One of my beginner knitting classes wanted to work on ear flap hats so armed with some gorgeous cascade Eco wool I set to work creating a prototype...
It definitely needs a little tweaking and I'm sure that after I make a matching one for Little Millie the pattern will be just right.... What do you think???
Hugs.................. Jodie xxx
p.s... If you happen to be in Cobar tomorrow call into 'Jellywares on Marshall' for some dairy free goodies. I'll be serving......
The hat looks great, I think you could add some i-cord to each flap :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll have the pattern tweeked in no time. I wish I could be there for yummy food rather than at my desk at work. Oh well....
ReplyDeleteCute hat. Very nice for those cool days ahead. Wish I could stop by for some of your yummies!
ReplyDeleteThe hat looks wonderful Jodie. Those sweets sound delicious, pity I didnt live closer.
ReplyDeleteOh lovely hat in that delicious wool. I can see my Zeb in one of them!
ReplyDeleteNot fair Jodie, I live too far from Cobar and I'm in need of such goodies
ReplyDeleteI love the hat
You're one busy lady! Hope the shop is going well
ReplyDeleteLooks fabulous! I love it because it's so cute but looks easy enough for a beginner! Wish I was in the Cobar area!
ReplyDeleteI need to google Cobar so when I next head east to visit my sister in Toowoomba I can take a detour! Kim :)
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love this! At some point will your store sell goods online too? ;)
ReplyDeleteWe've got to find each other on ravelry (you are on ravelry, right?). I love your knitted items! How fun to have little people to wear them. :)
ReplyDeleteCute hat! :) Love the colors and the garter stitch "brim".
